The Georgia Annual Conference serves congregations across Coastal and Southeast Georgia within the Sixth Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Its geographic coverage includes counties spanning the Savannah region and surrounding coastal and inland communities. As a vital expression of the AME Church’s connectional structure, the Old Georgia Annual Conference brings clergy and laity together for worship, reflection, reporting, and strategic planning. Organized through the Savannah Central, Savannah North, and Savannah South Presiding Elder Districts, the conference strengthens ministry and mission throughout its historic service area.
